Creating a Nudge Unit for Your Organisation

While having an understanding of the fundamentals of behavioural science and nudges is critical, ongoing implementation and thorough measurement of effective behavioural nudges in your organisation is a huge undertaking. Developing Your Own Nudge Unit

Developing your own nudge unit is one approach to harnessing the full value of behavioural nudges. Development of a nudge unit typically takes organisations 2-5 years and at least 3-5 full-time employees. For most organisations, the required resources and time are simply not possible, which is why this approach is generally not recommended by McKinsey & Co.

McKinsey & Co highly recommends this approach, especially when this expertise come from an academic background.
